Office Administrator

Purpose of Job

 

Wrights Academy are looking for an Office Administrator to work alongside the Head of Business Development.

​

This position is a new role to the company and will see the candidate take over the handling of the day to day admin.

Location of Job

 

This role will be based in George Street, Croydon.

After a probation period the role can be a mixture of working from home or from the office.

Working Hours

​

Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 12:00

Main responsibilities

​

  • Checking all social media inboxes

  • Booking clients

  • Managing calendar

  • Checking off payments

  • General email corresponding

  • Liaising with other staff

  • Other tasks as agreed

Are you someone with great:

  • Professionalism

  • Time management

  • Verbal communication

  • Written communication

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Proof reading skills

  • Ability to draft emails

  • Forward planning

  • Interest or basic knowledge in handing simple finance tasks

Progression

​

There is huge potential for you to grow in this role and take on not only the admin side of the business but to develop and lead on projects too.

​

Fee

​

£12 per hour.

This is a freelance role where you will have to submit a monthly invoice. You will be responsible for your own tax and NI.
